Old XXI Century Structures need to be recycled and reprogrammed; our intervention proposes new office spaces (Havre77), housing units (Havre69)
and public spaces in between. This action will convert this part of the old Juarez neighborhood into an active piece of the city.

As part of the Federal proposal of re-thinking public spaces as a strategy against social fabric disintegration, this park will allow people to enjoy
the Tequesquitengo Lake in a new way. Only 20 minutes away from Cuernavaca City and 1 hour away from Mexico City,
this touristic spot has been abandoned since the 1980´s. This project will help activate this area and will become a new destiny
for families who want to enjoy open areas.
